How to add an HTML element to WordPress?

If you want to add an HTML element to your posts or pages, go to your WordPress admin page and enter the login details (1) i.e the username or email address and the password that were set at the time of installing your WordPress and then, click on the "Log in" button (2).

 

Go to the Plugins section in your WordPress dashboard and click on "Add new" (1).

 

Look for the "Classic Editor" plugin and click on the "Install now" button (1).

 

Go to the Plugin section in your WordPress dashboard and click on "Installed plugins" (1).

 

Make sure the "Classic Editor" plugin is activated (1).

 

Go to the Posts section in your WordPress dashboard and click on the "Add New" link (1) or go to the Pages section and click on the "Add New" link (2).

 

Go to the Text section and click on the "plus" button (1) to add various HTML elements. You can also write or paste HTML code into the form field.

 

Once you have finished, press the "Preview" button (1) to see how your post or page will look like.

 

If you have added an HTML element and it looks as you want, click on the "Publish" button (1) to save your changes.
